Too Much Yarn, Not Enough Knitting

I'm not sure what's wrong with me. Really. I'm not supposed to buy any more yarn, until I finish the WIP's (heh heh I said WIP's) and the Queue.

WIP: A Cardigan for Arwen, and the Manos Ribbed Scarf.
Queue: Odessa, Bloody Pirate, a baby blanket, Wyvern Wrap, Vinnland, Paperback Rider, Elodea, Shapely Tee, Yoga Wrap. Not too mention the yarn I already have, that I'm not sure what to do with. Like the White Willow clover laceweight. Okay????

So what have I been doing? Buying yarn for more projects that I can't possibly cast on for! I bought some Cascade 220 for not one, but TWO, Gryffindor scarves. Some gorgeous Noro Silk Garden (see the previous post) for what was supposed to the Noro scarf, but might become Clapotis, or some other thing. I stopped in my LYS for some needles to work on Arwen, and picked up five skeins of Misti Cotton in the gorgeous eucalyptus colorway. And for someone who's favorite color is blue, what is UP with all the green yarn?!?! And I have no idea what the Misti Cotton might become!

Someone, save me from myself!! Or at least, you know, c'mon over and help me knit!

You now, I would come over and help you knit all that stuff up, but I'm in the same boat you are. I went to the Loopy Ewe Spring Fling and bought too much yarn. Then the next weekend I went to Maryland Sheep and Wool and bought way too much yarn. I have this huge shopping bag of yarn that I have to decide what comes with me and what stays in the stash in the container. How do I do that? Come help me knit socks and I'll help you knit all that stuff you want to knit.
