Heavenly Blue
Let's see, knitting news. The mohair bias stitch scarf; One slow row at a time. The wizard hat; moving along at a fair clip. The Manos cape; knitting feverishly. It's never going to be finished by April 28th. Not in this lifetime. But neither is the bias stitch scarf. I'm a KAL failure. I should be getting used to this - I was a knitting olympics failure, too.
But to console myself, this soft, gorgeous stuff was waiting in a big box when I got home, along with the Manos del Uruguay I'll need to finish the cape.
Yeah. Yarn porn. Ya gotta love it.

Awww...you're not a KAL failure- the fun is in the doing. Who gives a rats arse if you finish! *grin* I'm still sloggin away at the old cowl. I'm hoping to be finished soon, but who knows!
Thanks for the yarn porn...I love the US Postal service...sometimes :)

Don't look at it as being a failure...you just need to make it right and that takes a little longer. You will have two lovely pieces of knitwear that you made with your own two hands. There is a lot of pride in that. Besides that, there aren't no knittin police to say that you are a failure. You just knit at your own pace. So there!!!!
